All products featured in our store are shipped directly from Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) in Redlands California. Technical support, upgrades and maintenance are handled directly by ESRI. General questions regarding the software featured in this store can be directed to the geospatial experts at Landitude Incorporated.

Shipping Policy
Orders within the United States are normally shipped using two-day service. All orders must include a phone number and have a valid physical shipping address -- no P.O. boxes, please! Orders requesting standard or two-day delivery are processed for shipment the next business day. Some items may arrive in separate shipments.

Two-Day Delivery - Shipments arrive within two business days after your order is processed, based on product availability. Please note that two-day delivery orders are processed for shipment on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Two-day delivery is only available in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Overnight Delivery - If you wish to expedite your shipment and choose overnight service, please be aware that overnight orders will be processed the same day only if received by 12 noon Pacific time. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday). Overnight delivery is only available in the continental United States; Anchorage, Alaska; and Honolulu, Hawaii. Overnight shipping is not available in some areas of Alaska and Hawaii.

Sales Tax - Sales tax is only charged for orders being shipped or billed to an address in the State of Texas.
If you wish to claim a sales tax exemption, you must complete the Texas Sales Tax Exemption form and fax it back to us (361) 595-1825. Once this completed form is received we refund the cost of the sales tax charged on your order to the credit card used to pay for the order.
