What do you mean by referring to HE as the 4th Dimension in Precision Agriculture?
Traditional precision agriculture is broken into three main categories: guidance systems (lightbars, auto steer systems, etc.), crop yield monitoring and variable rate controllers.  Little attention has been given to monitoring the efficiency of heavy equipment operators, tractors and implements.  HE is a tool that allows resource managers to effectively monitor this temporal (4th dimension) efficiency and determine where efficiency is being lost or gained.

Will Landitude Land Manager: HE run in ESRI ArcPAD 5, 6 or 7?
HE will only run on ESRI ArcPAD 7.0.1

What are the recommended computer specifications to run HE?
HE will run well on any system that meets the specifications recommended by ESRI for the ArcPAD software.

Are the statistics automatically generated for each day?
Yes, when the "end treatment" button is clicked, the statistical report is automatically generated, saved and displayed

Why can I not click any other buttons when the "change mode of data collection" buttons are enlarged?
The enlarged "change mode of data collection" buttons are designed to occupy 100% of the screen on handheld devices.  As a result, all other buttons are disabled when the "change mode of data collection" buttons are enlarged.  The only time that this is likely to be a problem is on a PC computer.  On PC computers the enlarged icons will not occupy 100% of the screen and therefore other icons are still visible.  To enable the other icons on PC computers, simply close the enlarged "change mode of data collection" buttons by clicking either the X or the OK in the bottom left corner of the icon window.
 
Are treatment overlap acres generated?
No, HE does not generate statistics for overlap acres. If these numbers are needed, Landitude, Inc. can set up a protocol on an individual client basis to calculate these areas: the HE tracklog can be emailed to us, we generate the statistics, and email the client back a report and updated shapefiles.  Landitude HE Desktop will compute overlap acres automatically.
